If you are planning an event on campus, our team is here to help. From a small event using one tent to a large canopy tent, tables and chairs, we can provide the expertise to make your event a success. Our staff can assist in the planning and coordinating of your rental details and then follow up with delivery and tear down of a large array of equipment for your event on campus.

We offer competitive pricing for both our internal (CSU Departmental) customers as well as those hosting events on our campus. Please choose the path that is right for your situation.

CSU Departments & Affiliates

Choose this option if you will be paying the rental fees with a Kuali Account Number.

A NetID username (in the format NetID@colostate.edu) and NetID password is required to access Departmental pricing.

Outside Entity or Paying with Check/ACH

Choose this option if you will be paying the rental fees with a Check or via ACH.

We offer a wide variety of equipment!

At Event Rentals, we have an extensive selection of rental equipment to elevate your event experience.

From Pop-Up Tents and High Peak Tents for shelter, to Tables and Chairs for comfortable seating, and even Two-Way Radios for seamless communication, our offerings cater to all your event needs.

For entertainment, we provide Bean-Bag Toss Games and Sign Holders, while our Bike Racks and Bike Valet Service ensure convenient parking solutions. Safety and logistics are also covered with Road Barricades, a Mobile Bike Shop, and a Locker Trailer.
