Event Rentals provides high quality rental products with personalized and reliable service to those utilizing the CSU campus for events. Rentals are available 7 days a week, and are based on a 24 hour rental period.

Fees & Terms
Below is our Fee Schedule and Terms for all Event Rentals. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Fees
- Delivery/Pick-up Fee
- $50 each order
- After Hours Fee
- $50 per team member (number of team members assigned to your event is based upon the equipment rented.)
- Each time period billed separately (for example an AM delivery and a PM pickup would be two separate after hours fees.)
- Normal business hours are weekdays 7:30am – 4:00pm
Terms
- Rentals are based on a 24 hour rental period.
- Delivery is available to the Main Campus, South Campus, and Foothills Campus
- Under $50 orders must be picked up at our facility at 200 W. Lake Street during normal business hours.
- Our service is not available on University Holidays.
- Event cancellations, including those due to inclement weather, must be received by Event Rental within 24 hours of your event start time to avoid event rental charges.
- At the completion of your event, you will be invoiced with NET10 terms. Prompt payment via a Check or ACH transaction is required.
- We do NOT currently accept Credit or Debit Cards for Event Rental services.
Pop-Up Tents
10' x 10' Plain White Pop-Up Tent

This resort quality marquee 10’x10’ pop up tent makes holding an event easy. The heavy duty aluminum frame and waterproof top are built to withstand wind and inclement weather. Telescopic legs extend up to 6′ 11″ head height. Each tent is setup secured to the ground and can be customized to include side walls.

Upgrade your event with this beautiful Matrix-MarqueeTM event tent. With a high center peak and engineered rigid aluminum alloy frame this tents gives you those distinctive smooth peaks. Each tent top can be customized with a green or yellow flag. Enhance your event experience by adding side walls. This tent can be set up on either grass or concrete and spans 400 sq feet. Tent can seat 60 in rows or hold approximately four to six – 8’ banquet tables.

This heavy duty, low maintenance cocktail table with beveled top in warm brown is ideal for any gathering both indoor and outdoor. Rated to hold 400 lbs evenly distributed, the large base and durable joints provide great stability for any occasion. The cocktail table measures 30″ in diameter and 44″ in height. Most outside events should expect bike traffic and our stationary self park bike racks are essential to those events. The racks can be placed strategically as to intercept bikes as they approach your event. These self parking racks are common to event participants and allow for ease of parking a variety of bikes from commuter, road to cargo and electric bikes.
Each rack can hold up to 24 bikes. Racks can be used independently or positioned together for large scale parking.

Includes two The Spoke mechanics.
Mechanics arrive via bike with a complete mobile bike shop including workbench, tent and two stands.
Labor is complementary to your participants.
