Event Rentals provides high quality rental products with personalized and reliable service to those utilizing the CSU campus for events. Rentals are available 7 days a week, and are based on a 24 hour rental period.

Fees & Terms

Below is our Fee Schedule and Terms for all Event Rentals. Please contact us if you have any questions.


Fees

  • Delivery/Pick-up Fee
    • $50 each order
  • After Hours Fee
    • $50 per team member (number of team members assigned to your event is based upon the equipment rented.)
    • Each time period billed separately (for example an AM delivery and a PM pickup would be two separate after hours fees.)
    • Normal business hours are weekdays 7:30am – 4:00pm

Terms

  • Rentals are based on a 24 hour rental period.
  • Delivery is available to the Main Campus, South Campus, and Foothills Campus
  • Under $50 orders must be picked up at our facility at 200 W. Lake Street during normal business hours.
  • Our service is not available on University Holidays.
  • Event cancellations, including those due to inclement weather, must be received by Event Rental within 24 hours of your event start time to avoid event rental charges.
  • At the completion of your event, you will be invoiced with NET10 terms.  Prompt payment via a Check or ACH transaction is required. 
  • We do NOT currently accept Credit or Debit Cards for Event Rental services.

This resort quality marquee 10’x10’ pop up tent makes holding an event easy.  The heavy duty aluminum frame and waterproof top are built to withstand wind and inclement weather.  Telescopic legs extend up to 6′ 11″ head height.   Each tent is setup secured to the ground and can be customized to include side walls.
